1. Acceptance of Terms

By enquiring about or booking a tour package with Sundara Tours and Travels, you agree to the terms described on this page. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact us before proceeding with a booking.

2. Our Services

Sundara Tours and Travels arranges pilgrimage, leisure, MICE, destination wedding, medical, and international tour packages, including transportation, accommodation, and meal arrangements as agreed at the time of booking. Exact inclusions, itinerary, and pricing for any package are confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before payment is made.

3. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only once an advance payment is received.
• The balance amount is payable as per the schedule agreed at booking.
• Package prices are subject to change until an advance payment is made and the booking is confirmed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation charges depend on how close to the travel date a cancellation is made, and on the cancellation policies of third-party hotels, transport, and other service providers involved in your package. Exact cancellation terms will be shared in writing at the time of booking confirmation.

5. Traveller Responsibilities

• Carry valid government-issued photo identification for all travellers.
• Inform us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary needs, or mobility requirements relevant to your trip, particularly for pilgrimage travel.
• Follow the guidance of your tour representative and respect local temple and cultural customs.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sundara Tours and Travels makes every effort to ensure a safe and comfortable journey but is not liable for delays, losses, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including weather, temple/site closures, transport delays, or actions of third-party service providers.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction.
